You did. According to your logic, you would be fine with a Lincoln presidency that only eliminated slavery in the new territories, but allowed the South to continue the institution.

Lincoln knew slavery was morally wrong and could not be allowed to continue. He waged a righteous and costly war to end ALL of it. Not some of it.

And what’s worse, Biden/Kamala could have ended this genocide with a phone call.
