I could see Ice staying on permanently. Ish seem like he got shyt to do. Rory and Mal mighta fukked up. That pie might have to get cut to another slice.

Nah, it gives runway for Ish, Ice, Mal, and Rory to live a life outside of podcasting and helps to grow the network.
Pay wouldn’t be equal anyway as Mal and Rory have tenure and should be getting some equity as original members.

The problem seems to be that there were no contracts. They all said for a long time that they were doing the pod for free, so when something isn't worth any money nobody thinks about the ownership as splitting a pie of nothing three ways is still nothing. From what's being said as the pod eventually grew into something they did the name change and Joe just essentially slid himself in as the owner. It seemed early on Rory was the one actually getting the pod to make money as he seemed to be the one securing ads, then Joe would fukk it up being funny (me-undies lol) and you'd see Rory getting pissed and trying to tell him to chill with it as he's getting heat from the advertisers.

If that's how it went down it makes Joe look foul taking full ownership and Mal and Rory looking like some complete dumbasses for never addressing the ownership situation early on. They've talked on the pod before about how much they all sacrificed for the pod early on so it seems to make sense they'd all own a piece with Joe getting the biggest piece just because his name recognition drove a lot of traffic early on.

They would sign deals and Joe would then shyt on the advertiser in his read. Its was funny for the listener, but no one fukks with them any more except for low-hanging stuff like Cash App.
