I got that from the episode as well. Kevin wants to go back to that old black "conservatism". Men run the household, our dollar is spent with black businesses, black people teach our kids, etc... And I personally agree with that. Now I definitely don't agree with everything he said. Hell, I wouldn't even quote that megalomaniac Jordan Peterson. But women need to be realistic about themselves and the situation black people are in this country. That goes for men as well.

Honestly I’m way too used to the new energy now to want rory and mal back. Pod was getting depressing this past year.

2-3 ago years they had some amazing podcasts and then they had a rut. This new line up is refreshing and maybe some years from now the same thing could happen and Joe might find another good replacement or two. Things change over time just like with team sports. Egos, money, life changes, small beefs take place, etc
