Lol you can have equity in a company and still not be involved in key decision making. Hypothetically if these two guys have 10% ownership stake each and the majority still belongs to Joe / Ian, it wouldn’t surprise me at all if they make decisions themselves without consulting all equity holding parties. Especially a business like this where it’s relatively unorganized and informal like a podcast.
I’m not sayin these guys have equity or not I dunno their situation. I’m just saying you speaking too assuredly when we’ve already established you never had equity in anything.

I don’t know much, but I know for sure that those three don’t share 33% equity each.
Joe definitely has the 50+1 in this you can tell by how decisions have been made, and If anything this pod today showed me that Mal and Rory’s situations in this are probably different.
I assumed they both had small equity stakes, but some shyt Mal said made me think rorys situation is prob different than his, which would make sense since Mal joined later.

I'm still finishing this up but my understanding is that all of them discussed taking a break from the pod. If they all agreed on that and Joe went ahead just decided to replace them without even giving them a heads up, it's a very shady thing to do to a "friend".
