I don’t listen to this podcast at all really but is all this a result of Joe’s ego being bruised because rory invited him to fisticuffs and he ain’t want smoke?

Rory went on the JBP Girl podcast and said he's not passionate about podcasting and doesn't give a fukk about this "network". That put Joe over the edge and he suspended Rory. Mal took Rorys side and Joe told him he's a worker, he don't need to be concerned with decisions. Took 6 weeks to work it out from there.
