“I never asked you show up when my son was born”

So disrespectful :hhh:

Joe is something else

Those 2 hours Rory spent in the hospital is more than Joe spends w/ his seed on an average week. He leaves the parenting to Cyn while she gets dikked down by B list rappers. shyt’s wild

Joe is in the right when it comes to the business side of things

his delivery/communication w/ his friends wasnt good though, but they all share the blame for that imo

this just gets conflated because friendship/business lines are all blurred

Can’t even say he was right bout the business, unless we’re strictly talking law

there’s more than one way to conduct business, so in many cases there’s no “right” or “wrong” to be even had….but in this case his actions blatantly contradict what he’s spent untold time on the cast whining what about his business philosophy is supposedly…all that “equity for creatives blah blah blah” shyt went out the window and his “brothers” and collaborators became instantly just some workers who don’t have any say and don’t have any right to operational knowledge because he’s the bank

he doesn’t actually believe any of that “bu bu but what about the creatives” bullshyt to any extent other than how it can directly benefit him directly at the moment…but he runs with that narrative because he knows his audience eats that corny underdog pandering bullshyt up like breakfast…same reason why when he failed to pop as a relevant mainstream rap act he gassed all the rap nerds with all that “independent hip hop :ahh:“ stuff like that was the plan all along…then ran to sign to shady interscope the first chance he got with Slaughterhouse …his core fans don’t even care about any of that shyt either turns out, as they don’t care about the absurdity of it all…nikkas just in love with buddens

Rory and Mal weren't contributing to the job etc.

Came in late, unprepared, angry, etc.

RURRY and Mealey mal went ghost on the show..Joe had to scramble to find replacements to keep the money going..shyt could have failed and business could have folded.

Parks probably saw his income and lively hood flash before his eyes

That wouldn't make u mad?
Parks alluded to it when Mal said “we should all just not work until this is resolved”

:mjlol:

Honestly though, Mal probably has never had a real job his entire life and never really even considered this a job either. 39 years old and still thinking like a teenager

Its worse than that. Joe waited a week before he even brought ISH and Ice on. He gave them TONS of time to figure it out.

Its been two months!

Employees that are seen as important get equity all time at the most successful companies. The founder keeps majority ownership but it is normal for equity is normally shared to keep people loyal and motivated. Random tesla employees have gotten rich and i know private companies that split profits according to equity.

Joe Budden is a mess.

But its funny.

Deep down inside we all know (Joe budden included). That this is him at his finest.

When he causes chaos the next genius move is right around the corner.

Thats how it was with his first run at def jam, slaughter house, everyday struggle, the early podcast era with Marissa, the spotify era and now the end of the Rory and Mal era.

Every time he burns something to the ground the next big thing is birth in its aftermath.
idk man. After hearing the podcast completely. It actually makes sense.

Idk if this one is on him. i wouldn't do my boys bad if I had to chance to work it out, but I see his point a little more.

Mal kinda got the short end of the stick for his stance

^ this is what it comes down to. People can agree with Joe, just no crying when the white man does it

Idk though man. It sounds like Joe gave em time to make it right, u know?

I'd never blast em like that though
