you can do rough estimates...like for the $25 tier, you can multiply the likes by that tier

it gets harder at the 10/5 level since those would also include 25, 10, etc.
Why do all that fam when he can just post it like everyone else? Why I gotta work out the puzzle for this podcast only?

1. Joe is NOT contractually obligated to show them shyt. You seem to be the one with the comprehension issues in here. He did that shyt out of GOOD FAITH

2. If i send over a report and you audit me anyway its because you dont trust what i just sent to you, which i will immediately take as disrespect

You can fukk right off at that point
Lol this nikka Joe fired his “friends” because he’s a “boss” and they asked for a basic contract benefit offered to millions of middle class workers. All while whining about how the labels and platforms were handling him the same way. Joe mentioned that they could only give him a ballpark estimate of what he would receive, meaning that he is probably entitled to a percentage. He has every right to request an audit and Joe will likely be compelled to if this goes to court.

I reckon we are all workers on this forum for the most part, but you can tell who doesn’t know what basic compensation packages are for halfway decent jobs. At any decent tech company for instance, you get 5/6 figures worth of equity walking in off the street and having contributed nothing. You don’t even have to be in 6 figure jobs to get this.

Its not some huge favor from Joe. Employees who contribute far less to their companies get that. Joe doesn’t understand that and only understands shady music industry style dealings which is why he fumbled his show at it’s peak value on some crab shyt.

Lol I'm sure they all bring topics, and Rory definitely transitioned between topics as the B mic. Come on, breh
The bold = "i have no idea what im talking about so im just throwing out random guesses"

I actually watch the jbp. They b mics brought nothing. Screen man is more integral to the show than the b mics

On the flip side, I’m starting to think that yall don’t think enough of yourselves to think of something like a small equity stake as something you can attain, or even deserve.

It’s very common for startups and other companies to handout equity packages. I’ve had equity stakes in the last 3 companies I’ve worked at and I’m not some C-Suite level executive.

It’s also very common for podcasts of this size to give out equity / ownership to others on the show, even behind the scenes people. Rory and Mal were both there well before the 100th episode, and they’re into the 400s now. They’ve been there for 90% of the growth the podcast has seen.

Just because you don’t value yourself enough to think of something like equity as attainable, don’t project that on other people in other ventures.
No, the issue here is that you don't think enough of yourself or are too lazy to build something of your own, and would just prefer to piggy back off of someone else's success

Theres nothing wrong with you choosing to be a worker/employee a your life, but you're not at all entitled to a piece of something that someone with boss ambitions has built period

Complete apples and oranges. It’s the difference between the business of that podcast vs. the business of all Joe’s ventures. Your manager manages you and guides you through diff ventures. This specific manager came years after the podcast took off, and hasn’t played much role at all in its success, other than putting the battery in Joe’s back to turn down tens of millions from Spotify because he thinks he’s the Walt Disney of internet content :snoop:

Joe would rather give it to someone outside of the business (business being the podcast) than one of the key components in the actual business. Rory has been one of the 2-3 most important people in the business of that podcast since it’s inception. For Joe to include Ian as opposed to someone on the actual show, shows that Joe is more concerned w/ the business of Joe Budden than the business success of that specific podcast.

And that’s all coming to a head now. Joe was all too giddy to boast on the podcast how he has a million dollar deal w/ Puff and Revolt and how he’s already rich. I 100% respect that, but it also shows a lot about Joe that he can be so happy about the business of Joe Budden while the business of the podcast is in shambles.
Nah, Parks introduced Joe to Ian before shyt really took off for Joe with the pod, everyday struggle, Spotify.

Pod started in 2015, He met Ian in 2016. Not saying you’re wrong about anything else, but Ian has been around for a while now.

Did Joe give an official return date? As far as I know he just sent an "!!"

If he said, "you two have to be back in 2 weeks" and they came back in 6, then yeah, Joe as the boss has every employer right to fire them. But he didn't give a return date. He let them be. He kept the door open indefinitely.

So this whole "they bounced arbitrarily and didn't bother showing up for 6 weeks" is bullshyt really.

Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high
Even worst. Lol. Because 95% of his fans aren’t giving him 25 a month for content they got free last week.

And damn near all the successful Patreons show you how many subscribers they got. And what they make a month.

joe conveniently doesn’t show that shyt. Because nobody is going to pay for it.
On that note...

The JBP gets around 400k views per episode. Which is great.

If you've got 5% of that, let's say 20K people, paying $15 a month on average. That's $300K a month.

How can u tell? He hides it. Why not show it like the other ones that’s making bread off it?
By the likes, comments, chats, etc.

And NOBODY I follow on patreon shows their follower count. NOBODY.

Said he was passionate about the podcast he was on but had no passion to start a podcast network.
Passionate enough to rarely bring topics/content and threaten to punch his EMPLOYER in the face multiple times

Passionate enough to complain that other staff memebers were getting paid the same as him

Passionate enough to turn one of Joe's good friends against him

Passionate enough to catch an attitude because joe didnt dislike akademiks

If thats passion then he can keep it
