Of course you won’t show it to her, you had it before you were married. If y’all were to get divorced it will not be part of the separation of wealth right?

You answered your own question :francis:. Joe and em have a profit sharing agreemenr
What you think a marriage is

I’m married and my wife hasn’t seen the books on my house I bought before we got married. I even file taxes separate from her and we got 2 kids. Even if she ask me, I still won’t show her it or tell her how much I make from it :manny:
The way nikkas keep ignoring that these nikkas are partners and are obligated to seeing the books is fascinating

They're partners per the terms of the contract. They're entitled to the books

Parks is definitely sucking up to Joe something silly, but everyone seems to forget that he was the common bond between everyone in the room. Mal was his guy. Parks was his engineer. He met Rory doing some rap shyt. He brought them together. Can't blame Parks for sticking with the one who has been his guy, especially if he's also the one paying him. He mentioned on the last pod that he didn't really get down with Mal, and all his interactions with Rory were through Joe and the Pod. It's actually wild that Mal was the one who sided with Rory over his man, but if you hear him tell it on the vimeo, he stood by what he believed in. That's respectable :ehh:
If joe didn’t hurt Mal feelings he would left Rory ass. Mal thought joe wouldn’t bark on him like Rory. But he was mistaken

Yes. Assuming this is true it makes Joe absolutely nuts, because that was his biggest (public at least) gripe with Spotify. He was there for the "data", his contract said they would provide it, then they refused.

:dead: Rory and Mal look like bytches after this. Joe making jokes dead in the face and they going along wit it. Female tendencies. Like your girl will be down with everything you doing, good and bad, until it’s her turn and now you the worst person in the world. Joe will be aight after this is all said and done and mal and Rory will be marissa status
That was they last pod. You could tell they wasn’t feeling that joke. Especially mal.

More and more it just looks like joe wanted to get rid of them on a percentage and get them on a fixed salary so he could bank role everything else into the jbp. Sad shyt all around

that is correct

We see this in boxing a lot. I’ll give you an example and use GGG. He was paying his trainer a percentage, which is common practice in boxing. Once he received a huge contract with DAZN, he no longer wanted to honor paying that same percentage. He wanted to renegotiate how he was compensated. The trainer didn’t want to and they parted ways.

Same thing happened with Danny Jacobs.

The fighters weren’t necessarily wrong. Once a fighter reaches a certain status, sometimes percentage based pay no longer makes sense.

It appears to be a similar situation, but in the podcast world.

Seems like they understand Joe is the major draw and that his percentage should reflect. It’s just that they came to the realization that Joe doesn’t want to honor the contract.

joe keep talking about how everybody got a raise after Spotify. Keyword “raise”. That’s other shiit you say when salary is involved...or at least how he view their pay. Now we finding out it’s percentage base.

I mean they can sue him for it. But obviously they knew if they did that it was over for the pod. But I’m sure Rory gonna sue him now that the pod dead. He talked about how he can’t speak on certain stuff cause of legal shyt.

It wasn’t their last pod. They abandoned it. The pod survived and then they came back like bytches in their feelings for their LAST episode and then got fired
