It's the timing that fukks everything up. He said that last "smear campaign" fukked up some of the offers that he was fielding and that they got pulled off the table and that was right after leaving Spotify. A lot are shooting around the theory that Joe was waiting to get rid of Rory and Mal so that everyone is on salary and he doesn't have to pay out any percentage of the next deal. So people were thinking he was going to sign a new deal here shortly. So this allegation plus the Rory and Mal response probably deads the chances of a new deal anytime soon.

This even went to other forms of social media and this is why they was jealous of her cause she was the only one people liked on that Podcast. Then they set shorty up which is why Joe was there in the first place.
