Facts. My staff has literally been ALL women for like 2 years straight and they hold the shyt down. Will say that u gotta kinda make sure that clicking up nonsense is checked at the door tho. Cause that’s the main issue. Never had a big issue workin wit men either but the nikkas who worked for me had a higher tendency to slack off. U get some solid dudes around u tho and it’s all winning.
