I still listen to the Weds pod. But I agree, its not that fire to where Ima pay for it. Honestly, there isn't a podcast out now that Id be willing to pay for. You can see its only a matter of time before its Patreon only, and thats when they'll lose me as a listener.
I think Joe kind of panicked after the R&M mess and now he's all over the place and I honestly think he took the show off YouTube because he was upset R&M were getting more views
But i could care less about their business and who is getting what. They just need to put a lil more effort into the weekly pod

I think the pod is sustainable but Joe will never get back to where he was with the Spotify deal and most people said as such during the Spotify rant
it’s still crazy to me that if Joe could be real with himself and understand that people enjoy hearing him talk he could be making so much money without the burden of trying

I have a listen to The Joe Budden podcast since he fired them but I checked out the YouTube clips or some of the small reddit posted here and it's just not the same man.
Ice sucks. Joe is sounding different.

If he had said he was temporarily stopping YT uploads for 1-2 months while launching the Facebook thing I’d disagree but at least understand what he was doing. It would be a calculated move. Instead he basically said fukk YT they don’t pay me. Now the views and engagement have tanked - as any intelligent person knew would happen - so he’s crawling back like nothing happened. And this is the guy Parks and them think can make good business decisions for the team lol.

It all made me think the Patreon ain't jumping like he hoped. It comes off like trying to limit access to the free stuff to convince people to buy the Patreon. I think when he saw that didn't work that well he decided to put it back on youtube to try and leverage that into something else. Either way it's clear he's spinning his wheels right now throwing shyt at the wall trying to figure it all out.

Removed the main show from YouTube to not compete 1 for 1 with rory and mal, Moved it to a paywall instead of just having fire content or a new show worth getting behind on it. Meanwhile nobody was watching his clipped out episodes or other podcasts while bleeding subs and monthly views on youtube. Slapdashed his show into a "network" after leaving Spotify because of a contract dispute to appear to have more value than it does and Because of the mean things CTG said about him while revealing he had a network now of his own on brilliant idiots and breakfast club. Moved it back to YouTube when them patreon dollars didnt come falling out the sky .. Joe playing 24d Galaxy brain angry reactive connect 4 right now.
