I thought their take on Kdot’s letter was so weird. That letter really hints at a lot of loss and pain. Maybe family members sick or dead from Covid. Yet they treated that shyt like it was wrestling. Real weird.

Wedding talk was cool. Tho I wondered if Joe was crying because he cares about Parks or because Parks managed to have a massive wedding because of him. He’s such a narcissist that he prob felt the wedding was validation for himself.

The way he was trying to force a Kendrick/Drake beef during that discussion was corny af

i been listening to her first album since Wednesday and that shyt is fire

Cleo Sol music was cool but there’s no reason to talk about her for 45 minutes and question why she isn’t on billboard

R&B just doesn’t provide for good content outside of everyone agreeing something sounds good

I agree with you, but what if that's what he wants to talk about? At the end of the day all the BS aside, this is supposed to just be friends talking right? What do friends talk about? shyt they like and/or have in common

Another reason why Parks and Joe works is bc parks knows how to do business. Parks had Ian, joes manager tell Joe that he’s taking a vacation and won’t pod. They’re friends but know the difference when it needs to be handled on a business term.

I think that means that Joe thinks Drake can best him. I think Joe as a rapper has to wonder how K. Dot earned his spot as being #1 rapper/battle rapper just off “control” because he never really barred anyone up one v one. I can understand that train of thought, I feel the same way. I don’t care or think it matters that Joe calls Kendrick an “alien” or whatever, in that case, even though he doesn’t do it often, he was going along with the crowd. It would be exciting if it did pop off tho, especially if they threw direct bars.
