EDIT: Although he's offbase with his last point. Not everything has a racial component. Fentynyl is dropping people like flies everywhere. Fentynyl is just capitalism at work. Cut costs by any means necessary. Other companies benefit like Emergent (Narcan) and the race to create generics to benefit from seemingly targeted spikes in cases.
