locking someone up for unpaid child support is the last resort when the court has exhausted all other option to work with you on the payments

please believe that someone that has been locked up over this has gone YEARS without paying after numerous times negotiating with the judge.

please believe that someone that has been locked up over this has gone YEARS without paying after numerous times negotiating with the judge.

I get that and I’m sure he knew he had warrants (which is why I don’t know why he chose to be on a popular visual podcast), but how does that alleviate the issue of the owed money to the mother? This is more so a question for people who do not have means to pay (so probably not pertaining to Ish)

I think the law is something like if you go 2 years without making a child support payment it’s a felony

they don’t want to lock you up. They want you to actually fulfill your duty to your kid

please believe, that anyone actually gets arrested for Unpaid CS ain’t shyt
