fukked up thing is while I'm judging Chris Styles I've left a girl alone in the middle of a city late at night. Now the town I left her in wasn't because she wouldn't have sex with me but because she was just being a bytch. And it wasn't in a dangerous city it was in a small-ish country town. I posted about it a few years ago on here.

I was scooping her for the first date. She didn't want me to know where she lived so I was supposed to meet her at a gas station. It took me like 45 minutes of driving to get there. She kept me waiting there like 30 minutes, the whole time saying she was on her way. I finally said fukk it and bounced and she called begging me not to leave. Since i was only still a couple minutes away I swung back and scooped her. But I was still mad at her having me waiting so I was just gone smash and not call her back at that point. We was supposed to grab dinner but since she was so late we just had to stop at an Arby's. I go to the bathroom and realize I left my phone in the car, when I go outside she's standing out there on her phone arguing with what was clearly some dude. Convo was actually going good before that. After she just started acting like a bytch. Nonstop one word answers, acting annoyed when I'd ask her questions. Plus the whole time her phone is blowing up with texts and calls.

So in the movie same thing, she was giving me the cold shoulder like crazy. So at that point I started doing the math in my head. It was gone take like 25 minutes to take her back home. Then like another 45 to get back to my spot which meant I wasn't gone get home until like after 1:30 by the time you factor in the rest of the movie and driving her home. OrI could I leave her and be home by midnight and hit a club. At that point I was in full fukk this bytch mode and just got up and walked out. She ain't even realize I was gone until the movie ended 30 minutes later. First call was all calm asking where I was at. Then came the anger. Finally I guess a friend of hers picked her up. The friend dropped some N bombs (the girl I left was a white girl). After hearing that I was happy with the decision I made.

but Joe acts like his stance on getting with young women to mold them isnt a form of coercion is beyond me

that's why he's so hard to listen to in these situations sometimes. we know that Joe has worked kinda hard to fix his public portrayal and SCARED TO DEATH to lose the things he's built over the last 5 years....but he does go extra hard to protect his public image with women and the gay community especially.

Yeah I tend to fast-forward through Joe's soapbox moments. Not that I don't think it's coming from a good place, but he tries to use it as a moment to prop himself up and pat himself on the back and be this amazing human, when the bigger picture here is about the actions taking place and the victims, and he himself has done a number of questionable things publicly that will challenge said notion(hiding under Tahiry's bed and filming it on youtube).




I disagree on letting Rory address it separately. People are gonna tune in because thats his best friend and they wanna hear what he has to say. He's taken to that platform to air out and condemn all the other nasty things people in the industry have done...keep that same energy when its your mans.

Keep in mind... I didn’t say IGNORE I said address it separate.... because Joe was pushing him to lean into it more. It would’ve been better to address it with his Dusse team if anything.

The thing I don't like about this episode is, not that I don't agree with everything they're saying, I pretty much do, it's just that I don't believe for a second Joe is/has always been this super respectful gentleman with his lady friends like he's portraying. There's still a lot of accusations about abuse that were never fully cleared up, and some shoddy behavior in the past that he's kinda just ignoring. I just don't like when nikkas who have very shaky history with women try to get on their soapbox. I think he's not being fully honest with himself or the listeners.

A woman lost a whole baby behind his abuse, and then he tried to clean it up and excuse his behavior when it happened but he's on here talking about how women should be treated and creating safe spaces. It comes off as pandering and not honest about his past. Joe seems to think the only form of mistreatment of women is if you coerce or force them to have sex. Uh, no.

Or that man has grown from that you don’t have to bring it up all the time to grow from some shyt like that bro.

He's portraying himself to be this gentleman that also makes sure women are the most comfortable and never put them in a vicarious position when 4 of his exes have claimed he hit them, and one of them lost a baby behind his abuse. It's like don't pull a muscle trying to pat yourself on the back because you light a few candles and play SZA when your female friends come to your house.

nikka is a serial abuser, growth is cool, but have some self awareness of YOUR history and YOUR actions.
