Two minutes in and Ish barely looking at Flip or acknowledging his comments. You can tell he tired of that nikka lmao.
If this is the episode they did a Live before I could see why. Flip was fukking with him for like 10 minutes straight as they were setting up to record. He was on Ish ass. Flip the type that if he see he getting a reaction out of somebody he gone keep pushing too. I could see Ish snapping.

I don't think Ish signed the contract, Flip and Melyssa are being used for fans to get used to.
Ish thinking of retiring?

For some reason he always felt like a caretaker host, not someone who loves or aims for clout/being in entertainment unlike the people who were on yesterdays pod or the old guys

He wants an exit clause in his contract since Joe put in his contract that he can fire him at anytime. He’s holding out.

Joe is not even experienced and/or genuine enough in business to be aware how CRAZY he looked not agreeing with Ish that there has to be a clause in the contract to protect BOTH interests not only his.

The whole cast (except Parks ofcourse :comeon:) were on Ish’s side of the dialogue because that should be standard in any contract.

Every conversation about it he exposed how unbearable he is to do business with and why so many of his business situations turned sour.

He really suffers from Dame Dash disease.

I think Flip and Mel are a good addition. Especially this episode everyone played well against each other. They all bring something good to the pod.

It's hard to compete with Joe in the mic space. Because he tends to hate when the other members get to shining and gets disruptive.

Ice and Ish addressing the new lineup. I can't lie, I kinda miss Surf. I feel he was more of a natural addition. I need a few more episodes to guage how I feel about the new Melyssa/Flip dynamic.

Great question in that clip where he asked them how they’d react if Joe said, “Ice take a few pods off.”

I agree that this weekend’s podcast flowed really well with all of them. Melyssa was concise, informed and made her points well. Flip was still funny and wild (always need him to keep his foot on Joe’s neck) but was also more tame in a couple instances and gave good opinions too.

shyt, if any of them should not be on the mic or camera at all, it’s 10000% Parks. This dude always has to be told what’s going on in the world and is always kissing Joe’s ass anyway. What value does he bring to the show? Just go back to being the engineer and be more of a researcher/fact checker or some shyt.

Ice thinks that if Joe puts him on ice (pun intended) for a few pods that he’ll still be getting paid the same is funny :russ: . He’s showing he has no vested interest in the podcast or his own career, which is stupid for someone who quit his “real life” job to do this. It just gives Joe even more reason to fire him.

Joe is going to go with who drives viewership. He ain’t trying to pay four other hosts for a long amount of time. These episodes are tryouts for the future.
