I just finished the Saturday pod. I feel like Flip is what’s needed. He’s broken up the tension I was noticing between Joe,Ice,Ish. ICE is back talking way more.


Flip also puts pressure on Ice and Ish. Now they more open to singing along with Joe and having fun. Even tho they still got the phony laugh they having more fun.
