Penn is paying ESPN $150 million a year for 10 years to launch and promote “ESPN Bet”. It’s a licensing deal, and yes they’re going to market the shyt out of it exclusively because they want to and have to.
Let’s see how long it’ll take to dig into the DraftKings and FanDuel market share, but if ESPN handles it correctly, it could make big moves.
