yes, everyone on salary. I i imagine Ice/Ish get let 250k+ a year salary. Parks making more than ice/ish imo. I imagine Mel getting 200k at least.
From the way flip and them talk about contracts, seems they all get paid once a month, but it's for the whole month, if that makes sense.

Yeah recently Flip said he made 45k last month and Ish said something like including the 20k from the pod? So they must all earning around 20k a month from the pod.
