I’m sure Joe pays more and it’s a lot less work, but having to deal with Joe’s unpredictable temperament, nonexistent business model and constant threats to fire people, I would’ve figured out a way to keep the gig or find another one.
Ice isn’t a media personality that’s going to make it on his own, so having a platform doesn’t do much for him. If I was him I would’ve tried to figure out a way to get into management for the podcast or something.
