Just saw a clip of Joe talking about how he shyt himself on his birthday. Sade really be earning every penny of her "allowance" 
I'd assume that YN is the extremist and not B Dot, yn is really from the era where those magazines were literally marketing arms of major labels. While B Dot came into the business in that, he also came up in the internet where labels followed the people instead of the opposite.He left Elliotbbecause he got too confrontational. So i dont see how this gon work with Joe. Joe definitely going to try to get him to say wild shyt about artist lol
But yea when it comes to Joe, you never know. Specially a dude that probably overlooked him and shyt and he doesn't respect like say Marc. But really those low ranking positions are kinda exchangeable without impacting the show
