he was talking about how different states have different age of consents and that it might not be illegal depending where they are, then he said its still wrong.... then he pivoted to how its gotten other kids in trouble and how the romeo and juilet laws are in place to protect a specific set of kids in specific situations, kids in high school its the 2/3 year age difference thats fine under the law. thats why he specifically brought up the 14 yo and 16 year old.

its why he said brandy was like 15/16 when they was talking about her and wanya. cause he was well into his 20s which they talked about.

shyt just something to fill podcast time and I'm tired of it. I want joe to go back to the old days and do the R&B and rap brackets he use to do if they want to talk about music. 10 years has passed since they did the last one, and a lot has happened since then, it could be a good discussion.

No I wasn't arguing he was fine with it, the Romeo, Juliet law, etc. He clearly thinks it wrong. Im not arguing he thinks it right. My point is the legality of why Brandy didnt pursue legal action over writing a book which was Joe contention. His counter to that was its different laws on age of content.

And Im saying age of consent doesn't apply where they were having sex.

Yeah I figured they must have thought she went to UCONN. Then I wondered if they were talking about Olympic shyt.

Then I looked it up and saw Geno was an assistant at UVA but that was before Dawn Staley went there.
