Joe was bugging with that shyt talking about Dolan isn't that bad and people need to stop blaming the owner. When your team makes the playoffs 4 times in 18 years at some point you have to look up top. They've had some bad luck for sure when it comes to the lottery but with a good GM/coach they could at least be in the playoffs more often.
