Honestly for 40 years old, Joe is really immature and stubborn. He will never live up to his potential until he sorts his ego out. Even worse, his mood actually stops the discussion and makes everyone not want to discuss a project...

the problem with that is he thinks becuase he makes him self so transparent and vulnerable, he champions it as a badge of humility and realness.

but many egomaniacs use sympathy and pity to garner praise and build up their confidence for being “strong”

Ive never consumed entertainment and been so critical of it as i am with this show.
