Mal's "pick-up" basketball take is terrible, and all their takes on the Jordan doc are terrible. They have no reason to address his retirement years before the season that the doc is about

For a nikka that brands himself as being this great creator all of Budden's great ideas have basically boiled down to let's turn a camera on and talk to each other.Budden could also do a new format or something, even if its different.

i think they are fukking up not being prepared for this...Surprised in Spotify as well. Obviously they will be fine after this but they should have another option to go too.

He really has the worst basketball IQ for someone to be around nothing but pro athletes. It also shows how casual most of the players are because I’m sure he gets a lot of his opinions from them.Mal's "pick-up" basketball take is terrible, and all their takes on the Jordan doc are terrible. They have no reason to address his retirement years before the season that the doc is about![]()
I think some of it is burnout/fear of it being trash and the other part is leverage. I can see Joe trying to force Spotify’s hand to a bigger deal if their overall engagement takes a big dip without the podcast.Spotify is where their money deal is at, they only need to be in the same room for the Youtube video which doesn't make them nearly as much bread (i would think). Most podcasts are nerds recording on skype or discord, you would think people in the actual music industry could figure something out. Especially if one is a fukking producer/engineer![]()
Other content takes a lot more effort, focus and thought. All the reasons he’s given up musicFor a nikka that brands himself as being this great creator all of Budden's great ideas have basically boiled down to let's turn a camera on and talk to each other.

As much complaining as I seen in this thread since it started
I'm legit shocked yall complaining about them taking a break. Dudes give us hours and hours every week. Considering whats going on. Let them take a break, I'm sure if they need to they will figure out a way to give some content, not like we pay for this shyt
