Other than the contract talks the podcast was fine to me funny moments here and there nothing special but not bad, felt good they was back in the studio. These dudes talk about contracts all the time from music to sports to other podcasts what’s the big deal?
I think the problem people have is that the contract talk isn't consistent. They change their stance on what creators should be asking for depending on who they're fighting against.
And Mal is killing me with the "just don't sign a contract" shyt. As someone who's dabbled in podcasting, I can tell you that monetizing will always be the hardest part. Breh out here acting like two women who get offered $70K plus bonuses for a podcast that technically didn't even exist yet are supposed to turn it down because they know their worth. There's a good chance that $70K was more than either of them were making by a good margin. Since they were just doing Instagram videos, they technically didn't even have a real brand or product to have equity in.
Both sides of that argument seem to be fukking up right now, though. They're crazy for asking for full ownership of everything and going straight to work stoppage a year or so into a three year deal, and he's nuts for letting this play out in a sloppy public manner. But Portnoy is one of those CEOs that can't just shut the fukk up and count his money, so that's not really surprising.
Also, Rory trying to dip out of the convo about Chingy liking transwomen because of what's happened so far this month, but jumping in headfirst on the next in line guy/hoewife subject is fukking nuts.

" Rory hit a 4-pointer with that one
