I don’t understand the J prince family, they must have done more than just own a record label right? Where does the fear and respect for them come from? Also are they in with Jay and roc nation or two separate entities?

There was a point in time where people had to go through J prince if they wanted to eat in texas, and he wasn't afraid to get violent when people didnt comply.

He doesn't have as much pull today but people still show him a ton of respect.
