Whenever Joe wants to be looked at as a victim, he'll try to correlate the current topic to Kevin Liles and his Def Jam situation from almost 20 years ago. :russell:

And why are all of his analogies rooted around waitresses, strippers and escorts? That's all this guy knows and cares about...jesus.

of course in true Joe Budden fashion, the last episode of them all together involved a latin escort that was a former video vixen being in the mix.

Joe's weird as hell, with the other two, especially Mal when it comes to women
so I wouldn't be surprised if he tried to get something to happen or embarrass them with her.

i heard that spotify deal was 30M :picard::francis::wow:
:wow: people need to go back and watch those couple of episodes where they talk about the Spotify, watch a few minutes of those with the sound on mute and look at the body language or Rory and Mal , looks like the body language of the kids who really didn't want to skip school in H.S but did it anyway and then got caught. They wanted that Spotify money, future rights or not, more money than any of them were/are ever going to see.

:wow: bbbbut the coli told me something something ownership.

In the end joe is going to be fine, he will get some low level e-celebrity on there and continue on.

But the ringer deal is bullshyt. Spotify is losing money on that deal. Joe was legit pulling numbers and Spotify was doing bad business.

They were doin bad business w/ Joe by offering him 20-30 Million!! Joe shoulda recognized that and took that shyt. Paying 20-30 Ms for this podcast is nuts.

If Spotify really wanted ownership of all their future endeavors too (rory’s album, Joe’s future shows, Mal’s block) then I get why he hit pause.

But still, Joe has got them in a bad spot and it kinda shows now how little he consulted w/ the other members involved.
