In those papers that leaked she tried to have it mandated that someone else be present with Lex whenever Joe has him. Plus ain't shyt she really could do about it if it's court mandated that Joe gets alone time with him.

Where does that say it has nothing to do with money. Rory clarified that they are equity partners. Doesn't mean they agree with what constitutes pod expenses versus network expenses. There's a reason Joe went on a long rant about people not knowing the costs to run a network and that there isn't much money left after that.
