I will say, it was actually refreshing to hear Parks mention Conways new album last week and it absolutely fell on deaf ears, nobody cared.
instead of having to listen to Mal going "yeah, um..Conway's just..in a different zone and this album is..." yadda yadda and Rory with his usual plaudits he says for everybody then Joe wrapping it with a fake compliment and moving on quickly because he hasn't listened yet or didn't care.

I thinks a big part of what makes the show more entertaining now. When an artist dropped we already knew what Mal and Rory was going to say about them and would constantly tip toe criticism. They rarely had any unique or interested takes on anything.
