Yup. Joe just wilding and someone close to him who he respects needs to reel him in. He can absolutely fire Rory and mal with respect as men tho. You take it so far at points where respect could never be a thing.

It’s cool to say no Rory, you ain’t getting what you want, you fired

but someone who you considered real friends and you would go to therapy with ect to come out and say fukk him pretty much, nobody asked you for this corny drop, nobody ask you to come to the hospital during the birth of my seed ect.

like dog wtf is wrong with you? I feel bad for him and hopefully he can push forward in a healthy way.

but I can’t respect that shyt
Yup. That’s my only issue with the WHOLE shyt... just the lack of fukking respect... thats some ignorant ass shyt... they could’ve just parted ways and kept it moving without all this extra shyt... but Joe caught up with making EVERYTHING content. Mal & Rory would’ve just went on about their business... Nobody around Joe right now is gonna reel him in... Industry folks side eyeing the fukk outta Joe... He went too far this time. Could’ve ended it with RESPECT... he wanted to be extra with it.

Yup. Sitting in that room lol. YouTube JBTV days. That’s why Joe wanted Mal on so bad. To talk THAT type shyt. Folks from day 1 remember... he KEPT that camera in his face. So for Joe to talk about Mal how he’s doing now is some sucka shyt
The only thing I would say is there's the other perspective of Joe feeling like he's tried putting Mal on 100 times, let him crash at his place for free for years, only to leave him hanging on a profitable business. Over money.

Unfortunately that's what comes with being a breh who will tell their ppl when they are wrong. If they've done good by you and you try to check em, nikkas lose it

Joe runs a business... wants to be a Mogul. Control your emotions for once. Just once. And Mal has said RESPECT a million times. The money shyt was gonna be what it was... the respect shyt is what folded ‘em. He’s legit said it.

You too emotional breh.

I agree with Joe and Mal so I have no clue what you are talking about. It's a different perspective, try putting yourself in different shoes here and there.

Joe is way too much of an a$$hole for that type of show. Only a handful of people willing to sit down and talk to this dude for more than 15 minutes without having to slap his ass.

Dude was foaming at the mouth acting like a lunatic interviewing people on everyday struggle.

:pachaha:
This

Joe is too pedantic and thinks it comes off as mental jousting

The reason Rogan's podcast works is actually his lack of ego in the interviews. He's admittedly stupid and asks questions to know

His Pull Up interviews ain't bad but you can tell his span of guests is limited

it’s not that deep. joe makes himself look bad because of how he handles these situations. if those are your people, then treat the dissolution of the business like business. afford them that respect. instead, like others I’ve met in life, joe assumes (incorrectly) that because he has a valid argument it entitles him to go scorched earth and conduct himself however he pleases.

that shyt is lame. you don’t treat people you claim to love/respect that way.

when it’s business you don’t even really treat the ops that way, because it can fukk up business for you. you just handle business. remove the personal feelings from it.

NY all day..Da Stead & BK..
Like I’ve said in this thread multiple times I’ve owned equity in the last 3 companies I’ve worked at, and I’m no C-suite level exec, so maybe I’m just more ‘entitled’ with what I give my time value to than others.

You think it’s wild to want equity in a company you helped build, and I think it’s wild that some people think equity is an insane thing to ask for. It’s ok for us to disagree on that
It’s not entitled to want equity. It’s entitled to be an employee and think the company HAS to give it to u. They don’t. And it’s not fukked up for the company to not want to. And u were working at a corporation. The way that shyt works is a lil different from a man building his shyt. All u can do is ask. If the man says no. U can do one of 2 things. Leave or stay. But auditing nikkas behind they back just cause u in ur feelings about him saying he don’t wanna give u a piece of his company is some fukk ass entitled shyt. Absolutely.
