It’s sad people thinking this is how business works now, it’s highly antiquated. The iron fist bosses of the past aren’t even here anymore, this new gen doesn’t put up with this shyt, it’s all about team, level headed leadership and being respectful and professional, don’t need to act like a tyrant anymore to get shyt done. Look at Rogan for example, biggest podcaster in the game, he just keeps it moving, has fun, makes 100s of millions. Honestly these Twitter LLC guys have never worked in a major corporation or built a company, because what they’ll learn is good relationships and a good team are what build companies. Not this, do your own shyt, being an entrepreneur is working WITH people. Being a one man band works of course for small businesses/solo gigs but not at scale, to scale you need a team.
