I'm not sure that would help all that much, since he's used the relapse card to explain his behavior multiple times in the past. Only so many times people will shoot you bail for something that keeps happening. Especially when nearly everyone can identify the pattern that leads to his relapses, and he's on record as saying that even though he has a therapist he doesn't agree with or believe some of what they're saying.

I agree that it might soften the blow, but the hit might still be crazy hard even after that, depending on how all this picks up steam.

Breh is at the point that if he checks into rehab today, most of the response legit might be people being upset that it took him so long to do it. His problem isn't just what he's done, but that this is just a remix of other flameouts he's had that have been attributed to the same problem.

I almost agree that men and women shouldn't work together, and i put that blame largely on men

Check this out, this nikka had a 5 hour meeting with Rory and Mal and they discussed their grievances. So them nikkas get on the pod thinking shyt are getting resolved....But this nikka gets on and say "I dont owe my friends any respect"

Dude admitted that he was gonna fire them anyway and he only let then back the first time to get everything off their chest.

This is after Joe's manager had already came to an agreement with them.
