Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high
I’ve been making beats and honestly still keep up with what’s hot and have time to bump all sorts of shyt. I think it boils down if you’re an enthusiast or casual. I honestly love music in general. Hip Hop the most
I guarantee that if it's not part of your job or how you make money, you won't care as much the older you get

Gross generalization, it’s all in how much u fukk wit it and how in tune with what’s goin on right now. I’m in my 30s and I still basically keep up with everything. For the most part anyway.

lol when you hit your 30s + you probably won’t consume nearly half as much music as you do now.

It’s just too difficult to stay on top of all this new shyt.
Nah, people keep up with sports and movies and tv and don’t make money from it

it really depends on if you’re a true music fan or you are just a fan of the music you made memories too

the music you listen to from 14 to 22 will mean the most to you and most people don’t like music that doesn’t sound like what was made during that time

People do not keep up with all that shyt. And there’s way more music than there is popular tv shows and movies.

The boys are back to podding it seems. Joe storytelling>>>>

Do you watch the current Knicks or when you are in the mood to watch sports do you throw on an old Knickstape or Riley Knicks game?

Not the same thing. Sports is result based entertainment. I used to love music in my teens and early twenties. Used to stay up on all the new shyt. Discover new acts. Download all the albums i could and listen to them. It’s just a lot harder now that i have a career that takes up my days, a wife and dog that take up my nights, sports, tv shows, movies, podcasts and the music I already love and am familiar with.

Sure, if i want to make time to still learn new shyt i could, but like we’ve said, it’s just harder now. I actually just started DJing this past year so i now have an incentive to pay attention to newer shyt and it’s time consuming.

It is the same. Music is the most passive form of entertainment. It doesn’t take effort to find new music.

I think it’s totally normal for people to not be big fans of music just fans of an era of music that coincides with their coming of age years
