He was basically talking about how he didn't know what the podcast was gonna be at the beginning and it's been a continuous evolution. He said the podcast has to continue to evolve with the new crew and the same old topics don't work with the dynamics changing.

Plus Joe's music takes are the worst among them. All that nikka cares about are overrated R&B artist, drake, and Jay z.

And Joe's flat out lying about everyone being free to bring topics to talk about. Joe will quickly kill any conversation he doesn't care about, and that usually means everything outside of drake's sex life, Jay-Z's business moves, and whatever stripper he paid to fukk over the weekend.
