yeah, drake's diss songs before So Far Gone were part of the reason i'm still a fan. They dont realize how RIDICULOUS he is with the disrespect
there is nothing Joe Budden wants more in his sad life than to be liked by or looked at as kin by the "black elite", and to be liked by all women/hoes in the entertainment industry. he'll double cross anybody and say anything to accomplish that. it's proven.

Joe respects successful black men, even if he disses them. No matter what they do, he respects them on the low or often explicitly even if he thinks it’s on the low. Specially if they are living wild lives, bag the baddest broads or have street cred etc.
I remember I first heard Good Riddance and thought "No wonder Joe loves this nikka, he literally sounds like a Budden clone"
