The Nore episode was before everyone else arrived. At the end of the episode you could hear when they started arriving. I’m assuming it was because of Nore’s schedule.

21 is the best rapper by default, no one else had his output. The only reason I'd hesitate to give it to him outright is because he doesn't have a noticeable solo song, all of his best moments were features.

It's really both of them cause when Flip is serious, Ish (and Parks/Ice) often throws some low-key shade like he's slow.
