I played ball against a high school age prison team who needed some scrimmages prior to a tournament. Didn't embarrass myself as bad as I thought I would minus being out of shape.Ayo nothing reminds you that you're washed more than trying to play a sport you used to participate in when you were younger.
I remember I signed up for an adult soccer league a few years back...lol didn't realize I'd be playing against dudes that really played. I used to have to take Advil before and after the games. Same when I played a couple of full court pickup games with the dads on my son's basketball team. We were all
trying to prove a point.
But when I did a flag football league that was my eye opener. I used to be able to go damn near step for step with nikkas while backpeddling back in my day. I flat could not keep up with anybody was getting burnt deep on the regular sprinting my heart out.
