Finaally addressed Ish grumpiness. I dont think anyone can disagree with Joe on this. Maybe grumpy is the wrong word,but he definitely is too non chalant/too cool for school. Seems like he only shows up because he signed a contract,but he dont really like none of them nikkas

Nobody can say he was always like this either. He actually put energy and effort in when he first started. I guess maybe its like any other job where you get comfortable or bored after a while. But Joe is right to bring it up. I would say Ish right for saying Joe is wrong to do it publically. But Ish say that everytime somebody call his ass out for something. Its not that deep of a question. Why have you been like this for the past year Ish?
