I think Marc is the only one Joe would look at as indispensable at this point. Ish probably second on that list but the only time Ish has gone viral of late is when it was Marc making him look bad.

Tbh, Flip could leave right now and the pod would benefit. Marc and Ish are much more integral to the pod.
The three of them could start their own pod together and probably make more. Ish has said he doesn’t make more than $200K from JBP.
