I just don’t understand the need to have a female voice on this shyt. Mona is terrible too. Mel was too much of a pushover that they wouldn’t even let her get a thought off. Marc really the only new addition that actually added any thing to the show. Just get rid of flip too and make female voices Patreon episodes.

I get what he's saying but he's going about it the wrong way. Stop being p*ssy and have that talk one on one with whoever is violating. Don't just take it away from everybody.

That's not p*ssy that's legitimately standard protocol for most shows. He's teaching them what being on a real show is like in his own way. Music industry people on average are unprofessional as hell when it comes to filming things so it makes sense none of them ever thought about it, not their fault. I've seen actors get barked on for bringing phones out of their trailers to set. Most podcasters/content creators have no experience on a set so there's plenty of basic stuff they ignore and it's easy to notice at a glance.

only picking one or two people to ban phones is bad leadership wtf those nikkas are employees, the rules apply to everyone, this isn't grade school. Parks most likely can check audio settings from his phone so ofc he'd get a pass, again normal type shyt.

Only thing he did in typical Joe passive aggressive fashion was have that conversation on air, coulda had that talk before they started recording. nikka just loves making everything content smh

I don’t have anything against Mel, i think she’s a decent podcaster just not a great fit for this show. The dog piling was ruining the show.

I think Mona is a better fit

It also feel like a lot of fans are speaking flips departure into existence. Only thing is Flip is the best A mic when joe isn’t on the show so thats gonna be hard to replace
