Also, I've very much have been enjoying her. She ain't no pushover. The first episode she rambled too much, but she's toned it down and I think she get these nikkas to actually share how they feel instead of tip-toeing around conversations.

Mona also the only one to call Marc out on his bullshyt with the Nicki's kid joke. Everyone else was silent as a mouse when Marc brought that joke up.
1. We know Joe and Ice the type to find a joke like that funny as hell (hell all of them are), they just too scared of Nicki/her husband to laugh on the pod about it.
2. They were just gonna let Marc get that off if Mona didnt say anything. I think they were trying to save Marc in case Nicki saw the clip.

Joe is terrified of Nicki and Cardi for whatever reason, so it's good to have a person who will actually speak her mind of topics Joe is too p*ssy to talk about.

Initially I was worried how Mona would fit due to her strong personality, but she's fitting in well so far to me.

Nicki is due to him being scared of getting actually touched in the streets. Nicki's husband is a street nikka crashout. Last year or so he was posting up "outside" waiting for Offset to pull to fight/jump him.

Cardi is probably the same reason(crashouts around her) and she popular so Joe wants to be on her good side. If it wasnt for that he would talk about Cardi like he talks about Ari.

He only takes the real shots with Drake. notice he called him a bytch nikka this episode? He only does that because him and Drake were close and he feels Drake wouldnt have him touched.

Nah, if it was just public spats Mr. CoE would go that route. It's the threat of getting touched. He does this(kid gloves/play it safe) when speaking with/about all the street people.

Whenever Joe discusses Nicki, it's always with the tenor that she's insane and he doesn't want to get on her bad side. Nicki's batshyt tirades and rabid fanbase is not the content Joe desires... She would resurface all of his past allegations on her huge platform. She went at Dez for no reason and was posting news clippings about his incident with his mom.
