At some point he gotta fire that "trainer" he keeps talking about

Is it the trainers fault or Joe's for grabbing 2 to 3 glizzies for himself + a bucket of popcorn every time he goes to a concert or game? Even Parks(surprisingly) called him out for going ham on the food at the Monica & Brandy joint. As the old cliche but true saying goes, "you can't outwork a bad diet".
