I think Meek has seen how wealthy men of other races work together and share information and how its lacking among Black men with resources. Even at the corporate level, white men who were frat bros and lax bros when they were younger go above and beyond to help younger white men who are often not very intelligent get prestigious jobs. Black people in high positions are more likely to see other Black people as competition who could replace them.

That only matters if you give a damn about your image. Mona seems to be the type that is wide open about everything in her life. If you have on shame or anything to hide, your past can't be used against you.
