Just finished watching this. Kwazi was right. He kept his composure after the draw.
The way Kwazi responded is typically Surinamese: rational and objective, while Beztati responded emotionally also typical Morrocan.

Yeah..he just didn't let his hands go. Has to be because he knows his tamina is not there. Maybe he was hurt.
I had it a draw as well.
I think the ref should have let Kwazi finish the knockdown to a knockout, that would have settled the score for real. He broke up in the middle of the attack, counted it as a knockdown and helped to let Beztati recover.
