I'm so sick of everyone acting like the Heat are invincible and unbeatable now that they got two three point shooters. I cant wait to watch them lose this year.

I hope so, but still Lin is acting type suspect lately...bowed out of the USA select team, isn't on the summer league roster....who the fukk does this guy think he is?

why would he be on the summer league roster. he already dominated that last year.
and he bowed out of the usa select team because he had no contract...he gets injured uninsured without a deal...what happens to his career then?

Lin's agent thought the Knicks were stupid. Why in the world would the Knicks offer a contract first in this situation? He wanted them to raise the price?

Why wouldn't he be? People tried to make excuses for his turnovers and other shortcomings last season by saying that he was essentially a rookie even though it was his second year in the league so it goes both ways. He's coming off an injury and hasn't played competitive ball in a long time. He should be out there imo.

you better treat him like fine china...he's the only point guard we have...and he clearly has potential.
and smh @ you thinking the summer league is the only way for a player to improve his game. he's probably been working on his left hand and against presses since his surgery

I didn't say its the only way but it wouldn't hurt. If he didn't get injured last year and at least played in the playoffs I wouldn't mind him not playing but the fact of the matter is he's a question mark that the knicks are going to pay 30 million dollars....we should be able to at least get an idea of what he's going to give us next year.

actually he's only guaranteed 3 years and 19 million. and the third year wont hit us on the cap. the 4th year is a team option.
what should we do? magically find another point guard at his current pay level that is as good as him or has his potential?
