When is the Deadline for the Rockets to actually have Lin sign the sheet & report it to the Knicks? There are some reports saying that the Knicks haven't seen an offer sheet yet.

Rockets may be trying to do some illegal tricks...better get the NBA league offices involved soon if these guys keep things like this up.
