finally caught up and watched those final two episodes. What a great way to end the season the scene with David and his rational mind writing things down on the chalkboard was great. Can't wait for next season.

Nah, if it went on too long we'd just complain about filler. Hell, filler is one of the reasons I barely fukk with tv-shows to begin with.

It takes place in the X-Men universe but it's not related to anything (movie or TV show) currently out.

Having said that, you'll definitely be lost. It's a very weird, abstract show. But not for no reason....the season is 8 episodes and by the 7th episode everything is perfectly explained.
