



going to the gym can be very therapeutic when you're going through some shyt
1) u are around people who are trying to improve themselves and being around positive people can be helpful when you're down
2) you're not holed up in your crib alone wallowing in your own misery
3) if you're consistent and get a routine going you will start to see results
4) people notice will notice too, your clothes fit better, and you feel better physically and mentally
5) girls in yoga/workout pants
6) runner's high/that pump when u walk out the gym and your veins poppin and your pump is so good u think ur skin gona rip
7) listening to music + working out is
8) u look good naked nh and when you disrobe in front of the next person you smash you wont be
basically go to the gym for any reason. you aint gota be some muscle monster just being in decent shape is good
