Just gotta keep on working on it… I'm in the same boat as you… I do everything I can but always come up short.. But just keep working on it… I am definitely getting better with my players… just fukking sucks that they didn't put practice mode in online franchises!!!
Don't give up though… just keep fighting!!! You ever want to run practice games to try out a playbook let me know.

Why don't I advance the league while you're playing again
Unlike you.. I want people to get better… more competition keeps leagues interesting… That's why I hate they did 2k online the way they did… I can't play that offline shyt because it's to easy to build super teams but with user teams on multi-year associations you have to develop rookies and make smart trades and draft smart… God they better fix that shyt this year!
